better organize and audit your current services, your team will work
with your existing carriers to determine if associated applications are
effective for your employees and customers.
The discovery and audit process is implemented
by your Network Specialist and includes the investigation of
each client location. We identify and inventory all existing services
and associated costs. We accomplish this critical task by ordering
Client Service Records (CSRs) and collecting phone bills from each
location.
Based on discovery findings, we begin to formulate a design
and pricing platform. This is achieved, in part, by the diligent support of our
engineering department which works in tandem with the various carriers we
represent.
Once the application process is finalized, we then begin to negotiate price and terms with selected Carriers.
Once a design and pricing platform is agreed upon, we
develop a personalized, inclusive service package. Under this service umbrella,
we manage all parties, including hardware vendors, to insure a progressive
transition.
